Regulated pixel are more stable when there is a voltage drop than the classic resistor pixel. It doesn't affect the way they are plug or control but make the luminosity better and make the (RGB) white look more stable.
Sleeve (body of the LED) is the save color as the cable, make them look more pretty when they are directly in the view.
